The Heart Behind Sensory Safe Sitters.
Meet Charlotte Earnhart
With over a decade of childcare experience and a background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Charlotte founded Sensory Safe Sitters with one mission: to provide families with compassionate, dependable childcare they can feel confident in.
Charlotte began babysitting in 2012 and went on to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2021, earning her master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University.
Through years of working closely with children with autism and diverse developmental needs, Charlotte recognized a growing need for knowledgeable, individualized childcare outside of traditional therapy hours.
Sensory Safe Sitters was created to help bridge that gap, giving children the support they deserve and parents the opportunity to recharge with peace of mind.
